Hello! We wanted to take this opportunity to say welcome and thank you. Welcome back to our returning children and welcome to all our new families – whether you have started at nursery yet or whether you are staying safe at home, welcome to Hampden Way Nursery. We understand how difficult and challenging these times are for all and we are so very grateful for your support and understanding. We have had to make many difficult decisions to ensure we are doing our very best to keep our staff and school community as safe as we can.

We hope you have enjoyed the daily story and song videos we have shared with you on Learning Journals and the activity ideas that have been shared via the home learning page on our website.

We hope you enjoy looking at these photos, some have been taken at nursery and the majority from all the wonderful photos you have shared with us on Learning Journals – we have really loved seeing all your happy faces having fun in the snow. For the children at nursery, it is very different to what they are used to, however their courage and resilience continues to amaze us as they quickly adapt to new routines.

Take care and stay safe.
